To provide premium operational support, we may have access to:

• • Homeowner Data: Contact information, property addresses, and banking details required for revenue coordination.
  • Compliance Documentation: City of Vancouver business licenses, or any other city in Greater Vancouver, and Provincial Registry numbers provided by the owner to ensure listing accuracy.
  • Guest Data: Names, communication logs, and stay details required to facilitate check-ins and 24/7 guest support.

2. How We Use Your Information: 
Data is used strictly to perform co-hosting duties, including:

• • Optimizing listings on Airbnb, Vrbo, and Google Vacation Rentals.
  • Coordinating professional cleaning and maintenance turnovers.
  • Supporting the homeowner in maintaining operational compliance with Greater Vancouver municipal and provincial bylaws.
  • Generating Personal Revenue Analysis reports for homeowners.

3. Data Security and Third-Party Sharing:

• • No Sale of Data: We never sell, trade, or rent your personal or property data to third parties.
  • Service Partners: Information is only shared with essential service providers (e.g., cleaning teams) to facilitate property care.
  • Encryption: All financial and regulatory documents are handled through secure, encrypted platforms.

4. Your Rights & Data Retention:
Homeowners have the right to request a copy of the data held regarding their property or to request the deletion of non-essential records upon the conclusion of our service agreement. We keep data only as long as necessary to fulfill legal and operational obligations.

Terms & Conditions

No Legal or Financial Advice: The Services provided by The Supercohost are operational and consultative in nature. The Supercohost is not a law firm, a licensed attorney, or a certified public accountant (CPA). Any guidance provided regarding City of Vancouver bylaws, Provincial Short-Term Rental Acts, or tax implications (including PST/MRDT) is based on industry experience and is for informational purposes only. Clients are solely responsible for verifying the legal status of their property and are strictly advised to consult with their own legal and tax counsel to validate all compliance requirements.

Service Scope: Eric provides co-hosting services, including dynamic pricing, guest communication, and turnover coordination. The homeowner remains the “Host of Record” on all platforms. ​“Services are contingent upon the property meeting all current Provincial and Municipal eligibility requirements for short-term rentals.”

Compliance Responsibility: “The homeowner is responsible for maintaining a valid Principal Residence status and the required municipal Short-Term Rental License (e.g., City of Vancouver, Burnaby, etc.).” Eric provides administrative support to help the owner meet these requirements.

Performance-Based Fee: Our service fee is a commission on the gross booking revenue, ensuring our goals are aligned with your hosting success.
